The Benefit Boi-ing concealer has become my new partner in crime for fighting spots. Just run your finger (or brush) over the concealer and apply to your spot. This concealer is industrial strength so it's quite thick in comparison, to say, a liquid concealer. Due to this I would not advise caking it on your skin because this may do more damage than good. Damage is a dramatic word but you catch my drift!  However, the positive of it being industrial strength is that it really covers spots or even dark patches and blemishes. I love it because when I apply it to a spot it not only covers the spot but the redness in the surrounding areas too. And it stays fixed for a day, you won't find yourself running backwards and forwards to the bathroom to reapply. 

I have the colour 01 Light/Ivory because I have very pale skin. The colours go right up to 05 which is more suitable for a darker skin tone. 

On Benefit's website the product is priced at £17.50 but at many department stores you can get it for around £15.75. Which may seem a little expensive but the concealer will last you a good few months.

All in all it's a fantastic heavy duty concealer that I would definitely recommend. What are your favourite concealers?

This isn't a massive haul but I went to New Look recently and got a few gorgeous winter pieces that I wanted to share! 

Sorry the clothes aren't on me but hopefully you will get the just of each item.

The first is a beautiful, sheer, floral shirt. It's black with an oriental flower design covering it. The sleeves are full length and the blouse probably sits just above my bum. It could be worn casual with a pair of black jeans and pumps. Or, you could dress it up for an evening with a pair of disco pants and a fitted blazer. I adore blouses so I just know I will be living in this over the festive period. This was £19.99 which I thought was a very reasonable price. 

The next item I picked up was this gorgeous tartan dress. I love this dress because not only is it super comfortable it is so wintery. The sleeves sit just above my elbow and the dress is about mid-thigh in length. The waist is also slightly fitted. The tartan pattern is so festive and at just £19.99 it's the perfect dress for Christmas day!

Finally, I got a simple black polo neck. I haven't owned a polo neck in years but recently they've made a return in fashion. I thought this would be perfect with a patterned skirt. It's a simple item but a winter staple. This was just £9.99 - an absolute bargain!

I know there are only a few bits and pieces there but I hope you liked hearing about them! New Look is such a great shop for cheap but gorgeous winter pieces.
